Refund and Cancellation Policy

By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

A. General Non-Refundable Policy

• Registration Fees across all services are strictly non-refundable, including:
• Language Courses
• Placement & Documentation Services
• Weiterbildung Programs
• Study Abroad Programs
• Course and Placement Support Fees are non-refundable once paid, irrespective of attendance or withdrawal.
• Fees paid post-offer letter issuance for visa or admission are non-refundable.

B. Ausbildungsvorbereitung (Vocational Training Preparatory Program)

• Services are non-transferable post-registration.
• Exiting mid-way still requires full payment per agreement.
• Changing trade preferences does not allow fee refund or reallocation.
• No location-specific placement guarantee.
• Registration fee is refundable only if found ineligible post-document screening.

C. German Language Courses

• All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Full fee is required before class starts.
• No refund once course begins.
• Batch timing changes are limited and company-dependent.
• Class restructuring may occur due to size constraints.
• 70% attendance is mandatory for certification; no reimbursement for absences.

D. Weiterbildung (Advanced Training Programs)

• All fees are non-refundable for upskilling or certifications.
• No refunds for dropouts or non-compliance.
• Schedules and modules may change based on availability.
• Offer letters cannot be rejected to avoid fee liability.

E. Study Abroad Programs

• All program-related fees are non-refundable.
• No refund after admission/offer letter is issued.
• No refunds for embassy rejections, financial issues, or personal decisions.
• Timely and accurate document submission is candidate’s responsibility.

F. Visa & Placement Services

• Once initiated, visa and job placement services are non-refundable.
• No liability for embassy policy rejections or third-party delays.
• Failure to comply or respond may result in forfeiture without refund.

G. Additional Terms

• Refunds beyond specified cases are not entertained.
• Eligible refunds (e.g., ineligibility) are processed within 45 working days to the original payment method.
• Terms are available on the payment page and should be reviewed before paying.
• No refund for missed sessions or voluntary dropouts.
